Memorial Content Guidelines

Appropriate Content: Memorial content should be respectful, appropriate, and relevant to honoring the memory of the deceased. This includes:
- Biographical information and life stories
- Photographs and videos of the deceased and their life
- Memories, tributes, and messages from family and friends
- Information about achievements, interests, and contributions
- Funeral service details and memorial event information
Prohibited Content: We do not allow content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, or violates any laws or regulations
- Defamatory, abusive, harassing, or threatening
- Violates intellectual property rights of others
- Contains spam, advertising, or commercial solicitations
- Inappropriate, offensive, or disrespectful to the deceased or their family
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, edit, or remove any content that violates these guidelines or our Terms of Service. In cases of serious violations, we may suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice. Our content moderation decisions are final and at our sole discretion. If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it to our support team immediately. However, we are not responsible for user-generated content and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any content posted by users.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the accuracy of information you provide. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to post any content you submit, and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Polityka zwrotów We want you to be satisfied with your Kinmory subscription. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting the integrity of our memorial preservation services and business operations.
Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all features until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period.
Refund Policy: All refund requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are available only within 7 days of initial purchase. No refunds are provided for renewals or after the 7-day period. You may cancel to prevent future charges.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are available only within 14 days of initial purchase. After 14 days, no refunds are provided, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.
- One-Time Memorial Packages: Refunds are not available for one-time memorial packages once content has been uploaded, published, or any services have been rendered, except in cases of documented technical failures that prevent core functionality.
- Promotional or Discounted Subscriptions: Special pricing offers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment, your account may be suspended or terminated, and you may be liable for any associated fees.
Data After Cancellation: After cancellation, your memorial content will remain accessible for 30 days from the cancellation date. During this period, you can reactivate your subscription or export your data. After 30 days, content may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies. We are not responsible for data loss after the 30-day grace period.
No Refund Circumstances: Refunds will not be provided for: (1) change of mind, (2) failure to use the service, (3) violation of Terms of Service resulting in account termination, (4) content removal due to policy violations, or (5) dissatisfaction with features or functionality that were clearly described at the time of purchase.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kinmory, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kinmory and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these policies, or infringement of any rights of another party.
Changes to Policies: We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our platform or via email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policies. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of our services.
Governing Law: These policies are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these policies or your use of our services shall be resolved in accordance with our Terms of Service.
